Session Fees.

Session fees include travel within 10 miles of Bury St Edmunds, all shooting time, full editing of your photographs, and a client‑curated gallery for you to select your final images from. For anything else, just reach out - I’m always happy to help.

  • Soulful branding is a way of shaping your visual and verbal identity from the inside out. It centres your values, your lived experience, and the emotional truth of your work. Instead of forcing a polished persona, it reveals the essence that’s already there, gently, honestly, and with intention.

  • The pre-shoot consultation is a gentle conversation where we explore what your work is really about not just what you do, but how it feels, what you value, and the kind of presence you want to bring to the people you serve.

    Together we'll look at where you feel most like yourself, what atmosphere you want your images to hold, and how your visual story can reflect the truth of your work rather than a performed version of it.

    If you're not sure what any of that looks like for you yet that's completely normal, and it's exactly where we begin. Many people arrive not knowing how to put it into words. We find it together, gently, through conversation.

    By the time we arrive at the shoot, nothing about it should feel unfamiliar. You'll know the location, you'll know the feeling we're working toward, and you'll know that you don't need to be anyone other than exactly who you are.

  • Once our session ends, I carefully select and edit your images. Within 14 working days, you’ll receive a hand edited gallery, You’ll get a secure PIN to view and share the gallery.

    Your final gallery is delivered as high‑quality digital downloads, ready to save, print and use in your digital spaces.

  • Soulful branding photography isn’t about performing. It’s about being witnessed gently. I guide you with presence, softness, and simple prompts so you can relax into yourself. You don’t need to “pose” you just need to be. This can be gently encouraged by exploring the spaces where you feel most like yourself.

  • Your session will take place somewhere that feels genuinely comfortable and true to your love story. Before we choose a location, we’ll have a gentle pre‑shoot consultation where we talk about the spaces that feel most like you, whether that’s a quiet corner of nature, your home, or a place that holds meaning.

  • You’ll know by spending a little time with the images across my site. Notice how they make you feel, and whether the softness, honesty and calmness resonate with your family. If you’re drawn to natural, unposed moments and photographs that feel like real memories, we’re likely a good fit.

    Choosing the right photographer really matters, so a quick chat can help us both feel whether my gentle, unhurried approach is right for you.

  • You can absolutely reschedule if you need to, just let me know as soon as you can. You’re welcome to move your session once at no extra cost. We’ll find a new date that works.

    If you need to reschedule more than once, your non‑refundable deposit will secure the new date, and another deposit may be needed.
